An Am Law 100 firm is seeking a talented and motivated mid-level associate with 2–7 years of antitrust experience to join its growing Antitrust & Competition Practice in Washington, DC.

The practice advises clients navigating complex federal and state antitrust laws and regulations, representing businesses across a broad range of industries in high-stakes litigation, government investigations, compliance matters, merger reviews, and strategic business counseling.

The ideal candidate will handle a variety of antitrust and competition matters, including litigation, regulatory counseling, government investigations, merger review, and compliance, with experience in areas such as price-fixing, bid-rigging, monopolization, exclusionary practices, supply restrictions, and market allocation preferred.

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in Washington, DC, or eligibility to waive in
2–7 years of antitrust and competition law experience
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Experience handling antitrust litigation, counseling, investigations, and/or merger review matters
Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical abilities
Experience managing complex matters in a collaborative team environment
Judicial clerkship experience and federal agency interaction a plus
