A leading Am Law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its premier antitrust litigation practice, which handles some of the largest and most complex high-profile matters for market-leading companies across technology, life sciences, medical, media, financial services, transportation, and consumer products.

The role involves significant responsibility in civil antitrust litigation and investigations, with the opportunity to work on mergers and other antitrust agency matters as needed. The practice maintains a robust portfolio of both plaintiff-side and defense-side matters, offering exposure to a broad range of sophisticated competition issues.

This position can be based in New York or Washington, DC, with flexibility for exceptional candidates in San Francisco.

3–6 years of experience at a law firm or government agency
Significant experience in civil antitrust litigation and investigations; exposure to merger or other antitrust agency matters preferred
Experience in the technology and/or life sciences sectors preferred
Superior academic credentials
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Additional experience in non-antitrust government investigations and/or judicial clerkship/internship valued
