An elite antitrust practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join its mergers-focused team. This role offers the opportunity to work on the largest, most complex, and highest-profile antitrust merger investigations, representing market-leading companies across technology, life sciences, medical, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer products sectors.

The team handles a robust deal flow that is among the most active in the legal industry, and the successful candidate will play a key role in both the substantive and procedural aspects of Second Request compliance.

3–6 years of experience, with particular focus on mergers
Experience in both substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance
Ability to manage a 2R review, including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys
Experience in the tech and life sciences sector preferred but not required
Superior academic credentials
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
