National law firm is seeking an Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join its Complex Torts / Mass Tort & Product Liability team. This role is open to candidates in California and can be based in-office (Los Angeles or Oakland) or virtually within the firm's US network. The position focuses on defense-side asbestos and toxic-tort litigation across California state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for all phases of civil litigation: factual investigation, discovery, pleadings, depositions, and substantive motion practice. The team values proactive, client-focused attorneys who exercise strong judgment, manage multiple matters under pressure, and communicate clear legal strategy.

3–8 years' civil litigation experience, preferably in asbestos, toxic tort or product liability matters
Active California bar license; must reside in California
Proven experience handling all phases of litigation: investigations, discovery, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and motion practice in California state and federal courts
Excellent analytical and writing skills, strong judgment, and ability to manage competing priorities
Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative, client-service mindset
