Our client's Asset-Backed Finance Group is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate with 3–7 years of experience to join their New York team. The role involves advising borrowers, lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and collateral managers on structured finance offerings, including asset-backed finance transactions and asset-based lending. The group serves a diverse client base, from sophisticated financial institutions to first-time issuers and startups, and has played a key role in establishing many well-recognized securitization platforms. 3–7 years of experience in asset-backed finance, structured finance, or securitization, with a focus on asset-backed lending
Experience advising borrowers, lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and/or collateral managers on structured finance offerings

Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
