Our client's Asset-Backed Finance Group is seeking an attorney with at least 3–6 years of experience to join their team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have experience advising on asset-backed finance transactions or asset-based lending, and will have worked with borrowers and lenders across all aspects of structured finance offerings or debt finance transactions.

Experience drafting and leading negotiations on credit agreements—particularly involving warehouse credit facilities—is a plus.

Candidates must be admitted to practice law and be in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. Applications should include a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.

3–6 years of experience in asset-backed finance or asset-based lending
Strong experience handling structured finance or debt finance transactions for both borrowers and lenders
Experience drafting and leading negotiations on credit agreements, especially in relation to warehouse credit facilities
Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
