Asset Management Associate (Funds) – London

We are recruiting talented junior to mid-level Associates to join a market-leading asset management and funds practice in London.

The team serves sophisticated global investors and advises across a broad range of strategies, including private equity, growth equity and venture, credit and direct lending, real estate, infrastructure, energy and renewables, secondaries, and special situations.

The successful candidate will support the London team in structuring, documenting, and implementing fund products across multiple jurisdictions.

• Junior to mid-level Associate with fund formation and asset management experience.
• Experience gained at a top-tier firm.
• Ability to support cross-jurisdictional structuring, documentation, and implementation of fund products.
