Asset Management Associate (Private Funds)

A leading international law firm is seeking mid-level to senior associates to join its Asset Management Department, focusing on private fund formation. The role spans multiple offices in the United States and London.

The successful candidate will represent many leading investment management firms in connection with fund formations, as well as investors and distributors of private funds, providing a full range of legal services. The practice covers private equity funds, credit funds, and hedge funds.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated fund formation matters within a collaborative and dynamic team.

• Three to eight years of private fund experience
• Focus on private equity funds, credit funds, and/or hedge funds
• Experience representing investment management firms in fund formations
• Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
