Asset Management Associate — Private Funds, Los Angeles

Senior associate role in a US-based asset management group focused on private funds, with a primary emphasis on private equity fund formations. The team is growing and seeks candidates who want a path to increased responsibility.

Typical work includes representing investment managers on fund formation and providing a full range of transactional and regulatory support to fund clients across the lifecycle.

• 6-8 years' PQE in private funds / investment management, with strong private equity fund experience
• Demonstrated fund formation and fund-documentation experience (LPAs, side letters, subscription agreements)
• Comfort advising investment managers on day-to-day fund matters and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• J.D. and active bar admission in California (or eligible to waive in)
