Associate 6 Employment & Labor

Join a well-established UK law practice with multiple offices offering employment law advisory and contentious work. The role involves advising employers and senior executives on a broad range of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy/collective consultation and TUPE-related issues.

The team handles both contentious courtroom and tribunal work and non-contentious advisory matters such as employment contracts, policies, restructurings and settlement agreements. You will work on client-facing matters across a variety of sectors and support partner-led engagements.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent UK employment qualification)
• Practical experience advising on UK employment law, including tribunal litigation and advisory work
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills; able to prepare settlement agreements, contracts and tribunal documents
• Good commercial awareness, client-management ability and team working skills
