Associate, AML Compliance — Rome

Seeking an Associate to join a dedicated AML / compliance team in the Rome office. The role focuses on day-to-day AML matters including customer due diligence (CDD), internal reporting, verifications and drafting legal opinions.

The team works across advisory and regulatory-driven assignments for financial institutions and corporate clients. The office offers a collaborative environment with ongoing training and professional development.

• 2–3 years post-qualification experience in AML/compliance at a boutique or major law firm
• Laurea in Giurisprudenza; strong academic record
• Experience with CDD, AML reporting, compliance checks and legal opinion drafting
• Master/PhD in corporate criminal law or compliance is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English
