Top-tier international law firm is hiring an Associate to join its Antitrust & Competition litigation team in Germany. The role is part of a large, cross-border practice advising on cartel matters, merger control, abuse of dominance proceedings, damages litigation and related investigations.

The team acts on global and EU-level matters, supports merger clearance and Phase II work, and regularly handles dawn-raid responses and enforcement defence. The role will involve drafting pleadings and filings, conducting legal and economic analysis, and working closely with senior litigators on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Offices are based in Germany with opportunities to work across jurisdictions within the firm’s global antitrust practice.

Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in antitrust/competition or litigation work.
Experience or strong interest in merger control, cartel investigations, enforcement defence and damages litigation.
Excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills; ability to handle complex cross-border matters.
Fluency in English; German language skills advantageous for Germany-based roles.
