Litigation associate role in a national Am Law 100 firm’s Westchester office focused on defending condominium and cooperative boards in property-damage and building-governance disputes. The position involves managing all phases of contested matters, including drafting pleadings, motion practice, legal research, and courtroom advocacy.

• 1–7 years of litigation experience, ideally defending condo/co-op boards in property-damage and governance disputes
