Senior associate-level opportunity to join a market-leading Banking & Finance team in Perth. The role offers exposure to a mix of domestic and cross-border matters across the mining, commodities and infrastructure sectors, including project finance, structured trade financing and corporate/institutional lending.

You will work on complex, varied transactions for major banks, corporate borrowers, investment banks and credit funds, collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions on cross-border deals.

Minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience in banking & finance at a reputable national or international law firm
Experience on project finance, structured trade finance and/or corporate/institutional lending matters
Admitted and eligible to practise law in Australia
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-partner team, with strong drafting and commercial judgement
Demonstrable ability to build a network and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
