Associate, Banking — London

Well-regarded City banking team is recruiting an Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its London office on a permanent, hybrid basis. The team advises on a broad range of financing transactions, with a strong emphasis on real estate finance alongside other corporate and private client matters.

The role offers regular partner exposure, hands-on deal management and direct client contact. Day-to-day work includes drafting bespoke finance documentation, advising lenders and borrowers, and supporting cross-practice transactions.

This is a good opportunity for a driven banking lawyer to build technical experience and client-facing skills within a compact, collaborative team.

• 2-4 PQE with qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Experience on banking and real estate finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating bespoke financing agreements
• Comfortable acting for lenders and borrowers; strong commercial awareness
• Excellent drafting, client relationship and project-management skills
