Associate, Business & Tort Litigation — Pittsburgh

Well-established litigation team in Pittsburgh is seeking a 3–5 year associate to join its Business and Tort Litigation practice. The role offers substantive casework, meaningful client contact, and responsibility on complex commercial disputes.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical abilities, and experience working collaboratively on litigation matters. Deposition, hearing, and trial exposure is preferred; federal clerkship or law review credentials are a plus.

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience with depositions, hearings, or trials preferred
• Strong academic record; law review, Order of the Coif, or federal clerkship a plus
• Available to provide cover letter, resume, writing sample, and final law school transcript
