An elite New York office is seeking junior to mid-level associates to join the Derivatives team within its Capital Markets group. This is a lateral associate opportunity focused on derivatives within a broader capital markets practice.

The junior-level role is suited to candidates with capital markets experience and exposure to derivatives; a transactional associate with a strong interest in derivatives will also be considered. The mid-level role calls for 3–5 years of derivatives experience, preferably in equity derivatives.

Associates joining laterally participate in an enhanced mentor program tailored to the needs of experienced attorneys during professional transitions, supported by professional development resources and an extensive pro bono program. A hybrid work model is available, with four days in the office and the opportunity for remote work during specified periods.

Junior level: capital markets experience with derivatives exposure, or a transactional background with a strong interest in derivatives (recent classes).
Mid-level: 3–5 years of derivatives experience, with a preference for equity derivatives.
High level of academic achievement.
Solid law firm experience preferred.
