Top-tier New York capital markets team is seeking junior to mid-level associates for its derivatives practice. The role will involve transactional derivatives work within broader capital markets matters, with opportunities to work on equity derivatives among other products.

The team welcomes candidates from the graduating classes of 2024–2025 with capital markets exposure and transactional associates who wish to develop a derivatives focus, as well as mid-level candidates with 3–5 years of derivatives experience. The office operates a structured mentoring and professional development program and has a hybrid work model with regular in-office days.

Junior candidates: recent law graduates/early associates with capital markets exposure and interest in derivatives.
Mid-level candidates: typically 3–5 years' derivatives experience (equity derivatives preferred).
Strong academic record and solid law firm transactional experience.
Excellent drafting, deal-management and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced capital markets practice.
