Corporate Capital Markets & Public Companies Associate

An established law firm is seeking a junior to midlevel associate to join its Corporate practice, with a focus on Capital Markets & Public Companies, based in its Princeton office.

The role involves advising publicly traded companies on federal securities laws, public and private securities offerings, stock exchange listings and compliance, and general corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will also have experience with venture finance transactions and/or mergers and acquisitions.

The successful applicant must have excellent academic credentials and relevant large law firm experience. Active bar membership is required.

• 1–5 years of large law firm experience
• Excellent academic credentials

• Public and private securities offerings

• Venture finance and/or M&A experience preferred
