Associate — Capital Markets & Public Companies — Princeton

Seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join a high‑volume capital markets and public companies practice in the Princeton office. The role focuses on advising publicly traded and pre‑IPO clients on federal securities laws, public and private offerings, stock exchange listing and compliance matters, and general corporate governance.

Ideal candidates will have experience handling SEC‑regulated transactions and related compliance work; experience with venture financings and M&A is a plus. The position requires active bar membership and prior experience at a large law firm environment.

• 1–5 years of substantive capital markets / securities experience at a large law firm
• Experience advising public companies on federal securities law, public/private offerings, and exchange listing/compliance
• Familiarity with corporate governance matters; venture finance or M&A experience a plus
• Active bar membership required; strong academic credentials and demonstrable drafting/transactional skills
