Senior associate role within a nationally and internationally recognized corporate and capital markets practice. The team advises on a broad range of public securities matters, with regular work on IPOs, follow-on offerings and equity-linked transactions across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences clients.

Responsibilities include representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings, advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance, and managing day-to-day client relationships and workflow for sophisticated clients.

The team seeks candidates with prior capital markets experience at a national or international law firm and a strong academic background. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including parental leave and fertility support.

3–7 years of post-qualification experience in capital markets/public securities
Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and equity or equity-linked transactions
Advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC reporting and exchange compliance
