Leading national practice is seeking a mid-level capital markets associate with 3–7 years of securities experience. The role focuses on public offerings and ongoing representation of public companies across a range of industries.

Typical matters include representing issuers and underwriters in IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, advising public companies on governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance, and managing day-to-day client workstreams for sophisticated clients.

3–7 years PQE in capital markets / public securities work
Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and equity-linked transactions
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance
Experience in or exposure to technology, consumer/retail or life sciences sectors preferred
Prior capital markets experience at a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
