Associate, Commercial Disputes — Paris

Join a global law firm’s Paris litigation team as a junior associate focused on commercial disputes and multi‑jurisdictional matters. The role involves advising clients across the dispute lifecycle, from pre‑litigation strategy to enforcement, and supporting both domestic litigation and international arbitration.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting pleadings and submissions, contributing to case strategy and evidence gathering, liaising with clients and international counsel, and supporting business‑development and knowledge initiatives within the practice.

• Qualified and admitted to the Paris Bar
• 2–3 years PQE in commercial litigation and/or international arbitration at a law firm
• Experience with French court proceedings and exposure to institutional arbitration (e.g. ICC or similar)
• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Strong analytical drafting skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional matters
