Join a growing non-contentious Construction & Engineering team in Bristol focused on infrastructure and residential development projects. The role offers hands-on experience on framework agreements, consultant appointments and NEC4-based contracts, with exposure to public-sector and developer-led work.

The postholder will work closely with senior team members to manage a personal caseload, support fee proposals and tenders, attend client meetings, supervise junior staff and contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing activities.

Experience drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts (NEC4 and bespoke forms) or strong commercial/projects experience with an interest in infrastructure.
Proven ability to manage a personal caseload and supervise paralegals or junior fee-earners.
Strong academic record, excellent attention to detail and high-quality written and verbal communication skills.
Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Self-motivated team player who is organised, flexible and able to work to deadlines.
