Ideal candidates will have strong drafting and analytical abilities, a solid academic record, and experience supporting financing transactions for corporate clients. The team emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and wellbeing initiatives for attorneys at all levels.

• 3–5 years' corporate/transactional experience with a Finance & Banking focus
