Associate — International Corporate (multiple German offices)

We are inviting speculative applications for Associate-level lawyers interested in joining a global, multidisciplinary practice in Germany. Successful candidates will be integrated into live, cross-border mandate work from day one and will have early responsibility within their teams and practice groups.

• Qualified lawyer in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent
• Strong academic record and excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
• Very good English; other languages an advantage
• Interest in international commercial/corporate work and complex transactions
• Team-oriented, proactive and able to take responsibility early
