Associate — Corporate (London)

A well-established corporate team in central London is recruiting an experienced associate to join its M&A and private equity practice. The role will sit on deal teams advising on mid-market to complex domestic and cross-border transactions and routine corporate work.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates on all stages of transactions, including due diligence, drafting transaction documents, coordinating with external advisers and supporting client relationship development.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with practice experience in corporate/M&A.
• Demonstrable transactional experience — mergers & acquisitions, private equity or general corporate work.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; commercial, client-facing approach.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.
