Associate — Corporate & M&A, Brussels

Join a busy corporate and M&A team in Brussels advising national and international clients on acquisitions, joint ventures, investments/divestments and corporate reorganisations. You will coordinate transactions from structuring and due diligence through to signing and closing, working closely with colleagues across jurisdictions.

The role combines transactional work (M&A, share transfers, joint ventures) with day-to-day corporate advisory: company incorporations, governance, shareholder arrangements and pragmatic guidance on restructurings or shareholder issues. The position offers early client contact, responsibility on files and collaboration with other practice groups.

• Belgian Master's degree in Law
• 4–7 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law and M&A
• Fluent Dutch and strong English and French
• Transactional experience (due diligence, deal coordination, corporate governance)
• Commercial mindset, strong communicator and team player
