Associate, Corporate / M&A — Frankfurt

Growth-stage role in a leading international corporate/M&A group based in Frankfurt. The team advises on cross-border and domestic acquisitions, public and private M&A, joint ventures and restructurings, with particular workstreams in energy & infrastructure and life sciences & health care.

This position welcomes candidates at entry level and those with approximately 1–2 years' post-qualification experience. • Qualified German lawyer (two state examinations)
• Approximately 1–2 years' relevant transactional experience or suitable for entry-level candidates
• Fluent German and strong English
• Team player with interest in commercial transactions, strong communication and organisational skills; LL.M. or doctorate welcome
