Associate — Corporate (M&A) — Hamburg

Join a well-established German corporate team in Hamburg as an associate focusing on M&A and related corporate work. The role involves advising on domestic and cross-border transactions, supporting deal execution and corporate reorganisations, and working closely with partners and other practice groups.

The team offers exposure to the full transactional lifecycle: due diligence, drafting and negotiating purchase and shareholder agreements, and coordinating with tax, regulatory and finance colleagues. The office combines a collaborative environment with regular client contact.

• Qualified to practise in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent qualification
• Practical experience in M&A/corporate transactions (associate level)
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills; comfortable with due diligence and transaction management
• Fluent German and good English for cross-border work; team-player with commercial instincts
