Associate, Corporate M&A — Luxembourg

Top-tier international law firm is hiring Associates for its Luxembourg corporate/M&A team. The role offers exposure to cross-border M&A, investment funds and other corporate matters, working alongside a large local team and with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

The position is open to candidates across several practice groups (including Funds, Corporate M&A, Banking & Finance, Tax and Dispute Resolution) and provides early responsibility, regular training, coaching and opportunities for secondments to clients or other offices.

• Law degree (or degree in taxation for relevant teams)
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages (French, Dutch, German or Luxembourgish) are an asset
• Excellent client communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
