Associate — Corporate M&A, Mexico City

Opportunity for a corporate/M&A associate to join the Mexico City office of a leading international law firm. The role involves supporting and advising on domestic and cross-border M&A matters as part of a senior corporate team.

You will work on significant market transactions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and receive structured training and international secondment opportunities to develop your career within an international platform.

• Law degree and professional qualification.
• 3–6 years' PQE in corporate/M&A practice.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Strong technical skills, teamwork orientation and high motivation to contribute to a busy, high-quality practice.
