Associate — Corporate / M&A, Munich

Join a well‑established full‑service corporate team in Munich as an Associate in Corporate / M&A. You will work on domestic and cross‑border corporate matters and be involved in M&A transactions from confidentiality agreements and due diligence through negotiation, closing and follow‑on corporate reorganisation work.

The role includes advising on shareholder matters, corporate governance, organ liability, group law issues and representing clients in corporate disputes. You will be integrated into deal teams and exposed to client contact from an early stage.

• Qualified lawyer (German bar admission preferable) — candidates with or without post‑qualification experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong academic record (above‑average exam results)
• Good English skills; international experience desirable
• Commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and willingness to work in teams on complex corporate/M&A matters
