Associate, Corporate / M&A — Munich

Growing corporate/M&A team in Munich is hiring a qualified lawyer to work on cross-border and domestic M&A matters. The role offers hands-on deal work across both sell‑side and buy‑side transactions within a full-service commercial practice.

The successful candidate will join a team advising corporates and investors, participating in due diligence, transaction documentation and negotiations, and coordinating with tax and finance specialists. The position suits an ambitious lawyer who wants regular client contact and transactional responsibility.

• Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent admission
• Practical experience on M&A transactions or corporate law matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for transaction documents
• Fluent German and professional English; ability to work in a bilingual team
