Associate — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity), Hong Kong

An opportunity in a busy corporate team handling private M&A, commercial transactions and cross-border deals for Hong Kong, PRC and international clients. You will join an experienced group advising on a wide spectrum of commercial and transactional matters, with clear prospects for career development for the right candidate.

The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and transactional documentation, supporting deal execution and client relationship management, and contributing to knowledge-sharing and business development for the practice.

• 2–4 years' post‑qualification experience (Hong Kong or overseas jurisdictions), with private M&A / transactional experience in a reputable law firm
• Experience with cross‑border transactions; China-related experience is an advantage
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial awareness; able to manage client work and deliver high‑quality outputs
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Motivated, proactive team player with business development aptitude
