Associate, Corporate (M&A & Private Equity) — Milan

The successful candidate will work on complex deal work as part of global teams, providing hands-on transactional advice, drafting and negotiation support, and coordinating with colleagues across jurisdictions.

• 1–5 years post-qualification experience in M&A and private equity transactions
• Admission to the Italian Bar
• Proven experience on cross‑border deals, restructurings and corporate governance matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; solid knowledge of Italian corporate law
• Fluency in Italian and English
