An opportunity has arisen at a leading global law firm for a Corporate Associate to join its Milan office, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. The firm's M&A practice is a global powerhouse, handling everything from routine engagements to the most complex and transformational transactions clients face.

The role involves acting as counsel for clients in complex cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and related corporate governance matters. You will provide comprehensive legal advice and collaborate with a global team to deliver seamless service across jurisdictions, drawing on deep industry-specific expertise and a broad international platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on cross-border transactions and be fluent in both Italian and English, with admission to the Italian Bar. Minimum of 1 to 5 years' PQE in mergers and acquisitions
