Associate — Corporate (M&A), São Paulo

Join a global corporate team in the São Paulo office working on a broad range of corporate transactions, including inbound and outbound M&A, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital matters. The role suits lawyers who can operate flexibly across corporate and occasional finance work in a smaller local office environment.

The team works across jurisdictions and sectors; successful candidates will collaborate with colleagues across offices on cross-border assignments and contribute to client-focused, commercially minded legal solutions.

• 1–3 years PQE in corporate/M&A work.
• Experience at a major London or international law firm preferred, with strong technical drafting and transactional skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities; adaptable to a varied transaction load in a smaller office.
• Portuguese language skills preferred but not essential.
