Typical matters include mergers & acquisitions, takeover offers, joint ventures, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings. You will work in strong, multidisciplinary teams and an international environment.

- Law degree with above‑average results
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills in corporate/M&A matters
