Associate - Corporate/M&A

We are seeking a Corporate/M&A Associate to join a leading international law firm's German practice, with positions available across multiple German offices.

The role involves working on complex, cross-border transactions and innovative matters within a collaborative and international team environment. You will contribute to a broad corporate practice spanning mergers and acquisitions, public takeover offers, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate restructurings and structural measures.
