Associate – Corporate / M&A

Senior associate-level role within a corporate/M&A team across multiple German offices. You will work on cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures, takeover offers, restructurings and related corporate matters.

This is a full-time, permanent position open in several German locations. The team handles complex, high-value matters in an international environment and offers structured training, flexible and mobile working, and close team collaboration.

• Qualified lawyer with a strong academic record in law
• Experience in M&A transactions, private equity, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Commercial mindset and creative legal problem-solving
