Associate Corporate M&A — Warsaw

A global law firm is seeking a talented Associate with 4–5 years' post-qualification experience to join its Corporate and M&A team in Warsaw. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with strong transactional experience to work on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate matters for leading Polish and international clients.

The role covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and strategic business initiatives. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions, taking responsibility for key workstreams while developing strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice.

You will advise on private M&A transactions, manage legal due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documentation, and coordinate with clients, counterparties and advisers across practices and jurisdictions.

• Qualified Adwokat or Radca Prawny
• 4–5 years' post-graduate experience in Corporate M&A
• Experience advising on private M&A transactions and corporate matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills
• Excellent written and spoken Polish and English
• Commercial awareness and a practical, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Desirable: private equity, buy-and-build, cross-border or multi-jurisdictional M&A, and public M&A/tender offer experience
