Associate, Corporate / M&A — Zurich

We are recruiting an Associate to join a busy Corporate / M&A team in Zurich. The role offers ongoing involvement in cross-border transactions, access to secondment opportunities in other offices and participation in firm committees focused on tech, diversity and CSR.

The team emphasises long-term career development, regular coaching with a view to partnership progression, and a collaborative culture supported by modern IT for hybrid working.

• Minimum two years' post-qualification experience in Corporate / M&A (after admission)
• Experience on cross-border transactions and interest in international work
• Strong team orientation and an entrepreneurial approach to client service
• Good written and spoken English
