Join a global corporate team in Beijing advising on cross-border M&A, private equity and strategic corporate transactions. You will support senior deal lawyers across the transaction lifecycle, working on inbound and outbound acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and related corporate matters.

Day-to-day work includes legal research, managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating with local counsel and other stakeholders, and assisting with deal execution and closings. The role requires close client engagement with both Chinese and international counterparties and strong commercial judgment.

PRC legal qualification required; additional common‑law qualification (e.g. Hong Kong, E&W, New York) advantageous
Minimum of 4 years' post‑qualification experience in cross‑border M&A and corporate transactions at a reputable PRC or international law firm
Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Strong drafting, due diligence, transaction execution and independent legal research skills
Commercial awareness, client‑focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
Project management experience and ability to supervise/mentor junior lawyers
