Debt Finance Associate

A leading law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Debt Finance practice, with positions available across multiple U.S. offices.

The role focuses on private equity debt finance transactions, particularly acquisition financing. The practice primarily represents sponsors and borrowers, though candidates with lender-side experience will be considered.

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing complex transactions and possess strong familiarity with current market terms.

• 2–5 years of experience in private equity debt finance transactions
• Particular focus on acquisition financing
• Familiarity with market terms in leveraged finance
• Ability to manage complex transactions
• Admission to the New York, District of Columbia, or California Bar
