Join a leading international finance practice in London as an associate specialising in derivatives and structured products. The team handles a mix of transactional and advisory work across rates, FX, equity derivatives, prime brokerage, stock-lending and repo, and works closely with other transactional teams on cross-border matters.

The role offers exposure to work for major financial institutions, corporates and sponsors, with regular collaboration across a global network of specialists. You will be expected to take on substantive responsibility on matters, supervise junior colleagues and contribute to business development and knowledge initiatives.

Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales (or equivalent common-law qualification)
2-5 years PQE in derivatives/structured products at a major law firm
Excellent technical drafting skills and ability to draft complex documentation in clear English
Strong academic record and LPC/graduate-level legal qualification
Proven ability to manage a challenging workload, supervise junior team members and communicate effectively orally and in writing
Proactive approach to business development, knowledge sharing and building client relationships
