We are seeking an ambitious Associate to join a busy Dispute Resolution team in Kyiv. The role involves handling international investment and commercial arbitrations as well as local court proceedings (commercial, administrative and civil), and matters touching on compliance, sanctions and white-collar investigations.

You will work on cross-border and domestic disputes for large corporate clients across sectors such as energy, retail, pharmaceutical, financial services and infrastructure, collaborating regularly with colleagues in other offices.

The team is seeking an energetic, proactive lawyer who can manage competing priorities, work under pressure and continue to develop technically and commercially.

2–3 years post-qualification experience in Dispute Resolution, including participation in court hearings and arbitration
Qualified in Ukraine with a law degree from a reputable university
Possession of Ukrainian Advocate Certificate is a significant plus
Excellent written and verbal English and Ukrainian
Commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills and good time/administrative management
Able to work independently and as part of a team; adaptable and able to prioritise under pressure
