Associate, Dispute Resolution — Kyiv

An international law firm is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Associate (2–3 years PQE) to join its Dispute Resolution team in Kyiv.

The role involves high-profile international investment and commercial arbitrations, alongside cross-border and local litigation across commercial, administrative and civil proceedings. The team also handles compliance, sanctions and white-collar crime matters, working mainly with large corporations and international and domestic companies.

You will work closely with colleagues in other offices and advise clients across a range of sectors, including commercial, retail, energy, pharmaceutical, financial and infrastructure. This is a collaborative, cross-border environment offering high-quality and engaging work with genuine scope to learn and develop.

• At least 2–3 years' full-time experience in dispute resolution, including participation in court hearings and arbitration processes
• Ukraine-qualified with a law degree from a reputable university
• Ukrainian Advocate Certificate (completed) is a significant advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian
• Commercial approach with strong interpersonal, administration and time management skills
• Calm under pressure, able to prioritise competing demands and multi-task
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willing and eager to learn continuously
