Join a leading global capital markets practice as an Associate within an established ECM team in Hong Kong. The role involves advising on equity capital raisings, cross-border listings and regulatory aspects of IPOs, follow-on offerings, rights issues and equity-linked instruments.

You will assist with drafting and negotiating transaction and offer documents (prospectuses, underwriting agreements, regulatory filings), conduct due diligence, support deal execution and coordinate with local and international counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Common law or US qualification.
1–3 years PQE with demonstrable ECM / capital markets experience; candidates with 2–3 years’ Hong Kong/China ECM experience at top-tier firms are also welcome.
Strong knowledge of capital markets and US securities laws; proven ability on multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Excellent drafting, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and effective client-facing communication skills.
