Leading global corporate practice is seeking an associate to join its Emerging Companies & Growth team in Austin. The group advises startups, growth-stage companies and their investors across formation, equity and growth financings, and strategic transactions.

The role is open to candidates with transactional experience who can support financings, corporate governance and general startup matters. You will work on matters across technology, life sciences and other innovation sectors, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and scaling with clients from early stages through later-stage financings and exits.

Minimum of 3 years' corporate transactional experience, ideally with emerging companies and venture financings
Experience drafting and negotiating investment documents, equity financing agreements and related corporate governance materials
Strong commercial judgment, drafting skills and ability to work collaboratively on cross‑border or multidisciplinary matters
J.D. and active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
