An Employment, Pensions and Incentives team at a leading international law firm is seeking an Associate (2–5 years' PQE) for its Milan office. The practice is growing and advises Italian and multinational clients on strategic and complex employment matters.

The role covers both contentious and non-contentious work, with a particular emphasis on corporate reorganisations, managing relationships with top management, incentive and remuneration plans, internal investigations, domestic and cross-border transactions, and complex litigation.

2–5 years' post-qualification experience as an Italian-qualified lawyer at leading law firms
Solid employment law experience, both advisory and contentious
Experience with corporate restructurings, executive relationships, incentive plans, internal investigations and complex litigation desirable
Fluent English
Law degree with an excellent academic record
