Join a busy employment team advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters for multinational and local clients across a range of sectors including energy, transport, mining, construction, insurance and financial services.

Work will include internal investigations, workforce conduct and restructuring matters, drafting employment contracts and policies, immigration and sponsor matters, employment-related aspects of transactions (due diligence, warranties/indemnities, transfers) and defending/settling complex disputes in local courts.

This role offers exposure to cross-border work with regional correspondent firms and a collaborative team environment with hybrid working arrangements.

  • Qualified lawyer with approximately 1–2 years PQE in employment law.
  • Experience on employment-related contentious and/or advisory matters, ideally gained at a large international or regional top‑tier firm.
  • Comfortable managing investigations, drafting employment documentation and supporting employment aspects of transactions.
  • Strong academics, client-facing ability, proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
