Senior associate-level role for a lawyer with 3–4 years' post-qualification experience in employment law, focused on litigation and arbitration. The role sits within a team handling contentious employment matters and offers exposure to cross-border and domestic dispute resolution.

You will work in large, multidisciplinary teams on complex cases, drafting pleadings and legal opinions, managing courtroom and arbitral processes, and liaising with clients and other practice groups. The position emphasises professional development, teamwork and high-quality technical work.

3–4 years' PQE in employment/labour law with a focus on litigation and arbitration
Strong litigation drafting skills (briefs, pleadings, opinions) and interest in dispute resolution mechanisms
Law degree with excellent academic record
Fluent English and excellent oral/written communication skills
Organised, proactive and able to work collaboratively in international/multidisciplinary teams
Business development mindset and good interpersonal skills; proficiency with MS Office
