Join a busy London employment team that handles complex, high‑profile contentious and advisory work for employers and senior executives. The group is regularly instructed on strategic matters — including discrimination, employment status, data/privacy intersections and high‑stakes litigation — and appears at all levels of the employment and appellate courts.

The role offers exposure across the full spectrum of employment law: advisory work, disciplinary and redundancy matters, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, TUPE and the employment aspects of corporate transactions, together with opportunities to run tribunal and High Court litigation. The team works closely with incentives and immigration specialists and advises clients across financial services, fashion, luxury, retail, media and related sectors.

The firm supports agile and flexible working and encourages associates to develop their practice through client work and business development activity.

  • 2-5 years PQE in UK employment law from a reputable practice
  • Strong academic record and excellent drafting and written advocacy skills
  • Practical advisory and tribunal litigation experience (transactional experience desirable)
  • Proven client‑facing ability; confident communicator at all levels
  • Organised, able to manage own workload, resilient and able to work independently and in teams
