Mid to senior-level associate opportunity in a top-tier energy and infrastructure projects group in Houston. The role focuses on transactional work, including project finance and acquisition/disposition matters, with opportunities to lead deals and work on high-profile financings.

The team offers a structured onboarding and enhanced mentoring program for lateral hires, a hybrid work model with regular office days, and participation in a robust pro bono program. This role may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

• 3–5 years post-qualification transactional experience (project finance, energy finance and/or M&A).
• Demonstrated experience leading project finance transactions and/or acquisitions and dispositions.
• Strong academic record and excellent drafting, negotiating and client-service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on complex, high-value matters in a fast-paced team environment.
