An international law firm with more than 3,100 lawyers across over 36 locations worldwide is seeking a Rechtsanwältin/Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) with experience to join its Finance & Banking practice in Frankfurt.

The role sits at the intersection of business, finance and regulation. Our international capital markets practice advises clients on cross-border transactions and all related regulatory matters, with a focus on securities offerings, securities trading and distribution, and financial markets regulation — including brokerage and market infrastructure as well as digital securities, cryptocurrencies and sustainable financial instruments.

You will work within a team of Finance & Banking lawyers on cross-border transactions and cutting-edge regulatory topics, with flexible hierarchies, a collaborative culture and active involvement in global industry sectors.

Two German state exams, both at least fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend)
Ideally 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in banking and capital markets law
Very good command of English
Excellent communication skills and commercial understanding
Ideally initial international experience; a doctorate or an LL.M. from an English-speaking country is a welcome additional qualification
