Join a market-leading finance practice in Singapore advising on domestic and cross-border financing across energy, infrastructure and related sectors. The team handles project finance, acquisition finance and other structured financings for sponsors, lenders and public-sector stakeholders.

This role offers hands-on transactional work, early client exposure and coordination of multi-jurisdictional matters. You will draft and negotiate finance documentation, support due diligence and work closely with senior lawyers across the firm's international network.

The team values commercial judgement, technical excellence and a pragmatic approach to solving complex financing challenges. There are opportunities to contribute to knowledge-sharing, client development and efficiency improvements using legal technology and AI.

Qualified lawyer with 4–8 years' PQE in banking & finance (project finance experience preferred)
Strong drafting and negotiating skills on finance documentation
Commercially minded, attentive to detail and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with an interest in innovation and legal technology
