An exciting opportunity has arisen for a finance lawyer to join a growing Projects, Energy and Infrastructure practice in Singapore. The team advises public and private sector clients on domestic and international projects across all infrastructure sectors, including transport, energy, social infrastructure, defence and digital infrastructure.

The practice focuses on front‑end projects work, such as project structuring, due diligence, documentation and contract negotiation, with particular expertise in construction law and public‑private partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on market‑leading transactions, gaining hands‑on experience and early client exposure while collaborating across a global network.

This role is ideal for a lawyer with a solid grounding in project finance, or a general finance lawyer keen to deepen their exposure to energy, infrastructure and project‑related transactions.

Qualified lawyer with 4–8 years’ post‑qualification experience in banking and finance
Preference for project finance experience, but general finance backgrounds are welcome
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Interest in complex financing structures and energy/infrastructure transactions
Commercially minded with sound judgement and attention to detail
Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Collaborative and proactive team player
Curiosity about innovation and legal technology
